- Contact form: If you send a message through the contact form, I receive your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message. The form is processed by Formspree, a form-handling service, which delivers your message to my email.
- Session booking: If you book a clarity session, scheduling is handled by Calendly. Calendly collects the information you enter when booking (such as your name, email, and any notes) in accordance with its own privacy policy.
- Coaching conversations: Anything you share with me personally — by message, email, phone, or video call — is treated as private and confidential. I do not share, sell, or publish the content of coaching conversations. Where client stories or testimonials appear on this site, they are used with permission, and names or identifying details may be changed to protect privacy.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar technologies from third-party services to understand how visitors find and use the site, and to measure the effectiveness of advertising:

Not Therapy or Medical Care
Coaching offered through this site is not therapy, counseling, or medical or mental-health treatment, and information you share is handled as described above rather than as a medical record.
Children
